An eight-agent AI team — an orchestrator coordinating seven specialists — that takes a Boston address and runs the entire underwriting: pulling comps, assessor and registry records, and zoning; designing the optimal build; running the financials; and producing the pitch deck. How I work

The same clear path, every time.

Every project follows the same seven steps, so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.

  1. 01 Discovery

    We meet and map the problem.

    I dig into how you work today — the systems and accounts involved, where the time goes, and what a good outcome looks like — and map the manual steps the solution will replace.

  2. 02 Proposal & Plan

    I put the plan in writing.

    Scope, deliverables, price, timeline, and how many demo rounds — so you know exactly what you’re getting and what it costs before anything begins. Work starts once it’s signed.

  3. 03 Design

    We agree on how it’ll work.

    Before building, I define the flow — what it automates, and what you’ll see and do — and share it so we’re aligned early, while changes are still easy and cheap to make.

  4. 04 Demo & Iterations

    You shape it as it’s built.

    I show you an early build, you give feedback, and I refine — repeating for the rounds we agreed on. This is your cycle to shape the result before it’s finished.

  5. 05 Build

    I build it out in full.

    Once the demos are approved, I finalize the solution and complete the build.

  6. 06 Delivery & Handoff

    I hand it over, in person.

    We meet so I can walk you through the finished solution live, hands-on, until you’re confident running it on your own.

  7. 07 Support & Care

    Now it’s off your plate — for good.

    This is the part clients keep me on for. I host it, keep it updated, watch it, and quietly fix anything before it ever becomes your problem — and adapt it as you grow. You never have to wonder whether it’s working, who to call, or what a fix will cost. It just keeps running, and I’m the one making sure it stays that way.

Who you’re working with

You work with me — not a sales team.

I’m Jared. I’ve worked in real estate since I was sixteen and written software for just as long — Samuels Systems is where the two meet.

Today I run my own real-estate company, Mission Hill Capital Management, on software I built — including the eight-agent analyst team that underwrites our deals end to end. I build the tools I wish existed, run my own products on them, and do the same for a handful of other operators.

Because I run my own operation on this work, I know what it’s like to be the person buried in it. When you hire me, you work directly with the person building it — no account managers, no handoffs. And before anything ships, it’s reviewed by a senior engineer, so it’s never just one person’s judgment that it’ll hold up. After launch, I stay on to host and maintain it.
